In a tragic and puzzling incident, a 22-year-old woman from Karnataka, working as an aerospace engineer, died after reportedly falling from the third floor of a building in Punjab. The deceased, Akanksha S Nair, hailed from Boliyar village near Dharmasthala and was the daughter of Surendra and Sindhu Devi.

Akanksha had recently started working in Delhi six months ago after completing her higher education at LPU (Lovely Professional University) in Phagwara, Punjab. She had returned to the university to collect her academic certificates when the unfortunate incident took place.
