This follows the recent release of a picture showing the actor enjoying tea and smoking a cigarette, raising serious questions about the conditions of his incarceration.

The murder case, which has gripped the public, involves the kidnapping and killing of Renukaswamy, allegedly orchestrated by Darshan and his associates. The incident reportedly stemmed from Renukaswamy sending lewd messages to Pavitra Gowda, who subsequently complained to Darshan. In an act of revenge, Darshan allegedly planned the crime, leading to Renukaswamy’s untimely death.

Darshan was arrested from a gym in Mysuru, where he had reportedly fled after the murder. All 17 accused in the case, including Darshan, have been remanded in judicial custody.
