Agra police have filed an FIR against a gym trainer, Sahil Sharma, on charges of rape and criminal intimidation. The complaint, lodged by a Canadian woman, alleges that Sahil posed as a RAW agent to exploit her sexually and emotionally.

The duo reportedly met on a dating app in March during the woman's visit to India. Following their initial meeting, Sahil invited her to a hotel, where she consumed pre-arranged pizza and drinks. The woman claims she felt dizzy and lost consciousness, only to discover later that she had been sexually assaulted. When confronted, Sahil allegedly claimed to be a secret intelligence operative whose life was in danger.
After returning to Canada, the woman was called back to India by Sahil in August under the pretext of meeting his mother. She states that they engaged in multiple sexual encounters in Delhi and Agra. Sahil allegedly coerced her into deleting WhatsApp messages to maintain his fabricated secret identity.
The complaint also implicates Sahil’s friend, Arif Ali, for blackmailing the woman with explicit photos. Upon informing Sahil of her pregnancy via Facebook Messenger, she says he blocked her and threatened to upload her private images online.
Police have registered the case under sections of the IPC and IT Act, promising swift action after the ongoing investigation concludes.
