Bollywood power couple Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna made a glamorous appearance at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's reception, held at the Jio World Centre. The star-studded event, primarily for Reliance employees and the media, saw the couple arriving hand-in-hand, turning heads with their coordinated outfits.

Akshay donned an elegant ivory bandhgala, while Twinkle complemented him in a matching salwar kurta set. Their presence was notably anticipated, especially since the duo had to miss the wedding due to Akshay's recent COVID-19 diagnosis.

Reportedly, Akshay was under the weather for a couple of days amidst promoting his latest film, ‘Sarfira’. After testing positive for COVID-19, the actor had to take a brief hiatus. However, his attendance at the reception indicates a full recovery and a negative test result.

Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant tied the knot on July 12, in a lavish ceremony attended by luminaries from the film industry, politics, and sports. Following the wedding, the Ambanis hosted a 'Shubh Aashirwad' event on July 13 for close friends and family, graced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and several other dignitaries. The celebrations continued with a 'Mangal Utsav' on July 14, leading up to the grand reception on July 15.
