Earlier, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra reshared the video on X, amplifying its reach as part of an effort by the Congress Party to highlight alleged issues with the NEET examination.

On June 18, 2024, the Allahabad High Court ruled that all documents submitted by Ayushi Patel regarding her NEET exam results were forged. Upon the court uncovering her dishonesty, Patel withdrew her petition. This revelation has led to widespread criticism from X users, who argue that such actions could undermine the credibility of NEET and the National Testing Agency (NTA).

In response to Patel’s video, the NTA issued a statement on X, stating, “No torn OMR Answer Sheet was sent via any official NTA ID. The OMR Answer Sheet is intact, and the scores are accurate as per official records.” The NTA presented Patel’s intact OMR sheet in court to support their claim.

Patel’s counsel submitted a photocopy of some documents/ mails being exchanged between Ayushi Patel and the National Testing Agency wherein the same application number (240411840741) has been indicated, though the original papers of the petitioner indicated the different Application Form Number as 240411340741, as indicated by counsel Shashank Bhasin in court.

Being an early supporter of Patel’s claims, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has not yet deleted her post or apologized for spreading misinformation. Some view this as a strategic move by the Congress Party to shun the central government.

Netizens have also brought up Patel’s previous claim in 2020 of discovering a COVID-19 vaccine formula, further questioning her credibility.
