Scheduled to hit theaters on December 5, the film has generated immense excitement, fueled by the massive success of its predecessor, which earned ₹267 crore domestically and ₹106 crore from its Hindi-dubbed version. Pushpa 2 also boasts a stellar cast including Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, Jagapathi Babu, and Prakash Raj, with distributor Anil Thadani securing its North India rights for a staggering ₹200 crore.

The film’s advance bookings, though initially robust, have seen a slight dip recently. Industry insiders are eagerly awaiting the trailer launch today (Nov 17), which is expected to reinvigorate interest and drive ticket sales further. Pushpa 2 is poised to challenge records set by Prabhas’ Kalki 2898 AD ($3.9 million premiere revenue) and SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali 2, which holds the all-time U.S. premiere record at $4.3 million.

As Pushpa 2 prepares for its grand debut, all eyes are on whether Allu Arjun’s star power will set new benchmarks for Telugu cinema globally.
