Key highlights of ALTINOK's proposal include a change in direction near the MEI Flyover Junction, which is expected to reduce congestion at this critical point. The company also proposes the construction of a flyover or underpass connecting Banashankari to Konankunte, which would streamline traffic movement in the southern part of the city.

Additionally, ALTINOK has suggested extending the Anand Circle flyover to KR Circle and building a new flyover from Anand Bhavan, Kanakapura Road, to Raghuvanahalli. Other major proposals include extending the underpass to the Madiwala Traffic Police Station, as well as creating elevated corridors from Hosur Road to Shoolay Circle, Mysuru Road Sirsi Circle to Nayandahalli, and Old Madras Road to Vivekananda Metro Station.

In the northern areas, ALTINOK recommends a flyover from Nagawara Junction to Ramakrishna Hegde Nagar and a link road between Outer Ring Road, Hennur, and Bagaluru Junction. Lastly, an elevated corridor from Kempegowda International Airport (KIAL) to Yelahanka New Town is also proposed to ease traffic in the northern part of Bengaluru.

These proposed changes aim to alleviate traffic woes and improve connectivity across key areas in the city.
