Amazon is set to open its fulfilment centres in Delhi NCR and Bengaluru for public tours starting in the fourth quarter of 2025. This initiative will allow visitors to witness the intricate logistics behind order processing, offering a rare look into the company’s high-tech operations.

The guided tours, which will last between 45 to 60 minutes, will run three times a week and accommodate up to 20 participants per session. Visitors will be able to explore how products are received, stored, packed, and shipped—providing a comprehensive view of the journey that begins with a click and ends at the customer’s doorstep.

These free, in-person tours are part of Amazon’s global effort to increase transparency and public engagement. The company announced the India rollout during its 'Delivering the Future' event in Tokyo, where it showcased its latest technological innovations.

Amazon's fulfilment centre in Delhi NCR, the largest in North India, covers 450,000 square feet—roughly the size of eight football fields. The Bengaluru site is even more expansive, offering over two million cubic feet of storage space.

The company plans to open online registrations for the tours later this year. By inviting the public into its facilities, Amazon aims to foster a deeper understanding of the scale, precision, and people that power its supply chain. India becomes the latest addition to a global tour programme already active in multiple countries.
