Animal trailer promises interesting blend of action and drama with Ranbir in top form

The trailer of Animal directed by Sandeep Reddy was released by the YouTube channel of T-Series. Although the premise of the movie was established in the teaser, the trailer has expanded on it to offer more perspective into what the audience can expect in the theatres on December 1st when the film would be released. 

The tumultuous relationship between Anil Kapoor who plays the role of the father of Ranbir Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor’s constant yearning for validation from his father was established in the teaser. The trailer also establishes a shift in the power dynamics between the two. The character played by Anil Kapoor getting shot would be a major event in the film. Anil Kapoor being in opposition to the criminal turn of the character played by Ranbir Kapoor was also an interesting addition to the trailer. 

Ranbir Kapor’s love interest played by Rashmika Mandanna came across as passive in the teaser but is seen in the trailer confronting him and trying to make him see the flaws in his thinking. A hint of the backstory of the antagonist played by Bobby Deol is also given wherein a major tragedy might have occurred at a wedding function. The trailer ends with an intense shirtless fight between Ranbir Kapoor and Bobby Deol at a runway.
