Apple cofounder Steve Woznaik is reported to have suffered a stroke and hence admitted to a hospital in Mexico. The 73-year-old scientist and tech entrepreneur was in Santa Fe, the capital of Mexico to participate in a World Business Forum event on November 8th. His speech was scheduled for 4:20 PM.

It is being reported that after having delivered his speech he felt a certain sense of unease. He conveyed the same to his wife. His wife later compelled him to pay a visit to the hospital.

A report by the American  based outlet TMZ suggests that it may not indeed be a stroke but a milder case of vertigo. He was spotted in the emergency department of a hospital in Mexico. The doctors are conducting a series of tests to mitigate potential risks.

Woznaik had designed the first Apple computers in 1976. This included the hardware, circuit board designs and hardware. Steve Jobs looked at the design and proposed that they could start a company with this. On April 1st, 1976, the company was co-founded by the duo. Woznaik had also designed the disk 2 floppy disk drive to replace cassette tape storage for apple devices.
