AR Rehman concert turns disastrous for fans

A concert by AR Rehman titled “Marakkuma Nenjam '' was held in Chennai on the evening of 10th September. However there was a lot of discontentment among eager fans who had attended the events in the 1000s. There were reports of overcrowding, low volume and prevention of entry despite the possession of tickets that were making rounds. Fans took to social media to experience that the situation could have transcended into a stampede and that it was anxiety inducing. 

One of the fans tore his ticket and made a video of the same and posted it on social media. “Marakumma nenjam, marakayye maatom Mr Rehman, platinum ticket, ithana varsham Rehman mele vecchirandha maano maaryade ellam kedathikittaru, romba kashtathoda thaan idha pirka vendiyadha irukku, idhukku mele dhayava seidhu indha maari yellareyum kashta padthadhinga Mr Rehman, maakal un mele yavalo possum vechirandharu, but this is the worst gift you can give to your own Tamilians who used to love you a lot, ella pughazhum iraivinkke Mr Rehman, romba thanks,” (Will the heart forget? We will never forget this Mr Rehman, for so many years we have had so much respect for you, you have spoilt that, it is with great sorrow that I am having to tear this, please do not hurt people like this in the future, how much affection people had for you Mr Rehman, All fame is credited to god) the fan said.
