Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul purchase luxury apartment in Bandra, worth Rs 20 crore!

Actress Athiya Shetty and her husband, cricketer KL Rahul, have invested in a luxurious apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Bandra district, according to a report by IndexTap.com. The couple’s new residence, located in the Pali Hill area, is part of the prestigious Sandhu Palace building.

The property, which spans 3,350 square feet, is situated on the second level of the 18-floor building. The lavish apartment was acquired for a substantial sum of ₹20 crore. In addition to the purchase price, the couple paid a stamp duty of ₹1.20 crore and a registration fee of ₹30,000. The transaction was officially registered on July 15, and they have also received a partial occupation certificate from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC).

This significant acquisition highlights the couple’s continued investment in Mumbai's prime real estate market. The news follows their recent visit to the Koragajja Temple in Mangalore, Karnataka, on July 14, where they sought blessings alongside Athiya’s brother, actor Ahan Shetty. A video shared by PTI on X (formerly Twitter) captured the trio during their temple visit.
