The Ministry emphasized that family courts are dedicated platforms for resolving disputes, aiming to ensure timely and impartial resolutions while promoting reconciliation. However, Subhash’s death has highlighted growing concerns about delays and perceived biases in the family court system.
A police complaint filed by Subhash’s brother alleges that his wife and her family fabricated cases and demanded an exorbitant settlement. The tragic incident has intensified calls for judicial reforms and stricter measures to address misuse of legal provisions in matrimonial disputes. Authorities are investigating the allegations.
