The tenth season of Bigg Boss Kannada premiered on Colors Kannada on October 8th. Kiccha Suddep introduced the audience to the contestants for this season. The spectators were given a choice by participating in the selection of contestants by the means of audience polling.
The spectators chose to keep some of the contestants on hold. They have been granted access to the house for a period of one week. Drone Prathap, Sangeetha, Thanisha, Santosh, Rakshak are the contestants who have been put on hold. Kiccha Sudeep mentioned that the Bigg Boss would decide who among the 6 contestants will continue to remain in the group after the period of one week. The decision will be based on their performance in the house in that duration. This marks the grand opening of the season. Of the 19 contestants who appeared on stage 2 have been restricted entry into the house by the audience polling.
