Upon visiting Rizwan’s family, Hegde was struck by their difficult living conditions. Rizwan's father, once a construction worker, was left wheelchair-bound after a serious fall. The family, facing financial distress, had moved Rizwan’s sister from a private to a government school.
Touched by their situation, Hegde’s father decided to sponsor the girl's education. The family covered her school fees and committed to monthly support. This week, the Class 10 results brought joy — Rizwan’s sister scored 97%.
