The sites will be sold on an "as-is-where-is" basis. Bidding will progress in increments of Rs 500 per square metre, with all transactions conducted exclusively through BDA’s online auction portal.

These locations are among Bengaluru’s most sought-after residential zones, known for their connectivity, infrastructure, and long-term investment potential. Details regarding site specifications and location maps will be available on the BDA website within the coming days, giving participants a chance to evaluate options ahead of the bidding process.

This auction presents a valuable opportunity for individuals looking to secure a residential plot in Bengaluru’s rapidly developing neighborhoods. The initiative also reflects BDA’s ongoing efforts to streamline property sales through transparent, tech-enabled platforms.
