The Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) is set to conduct an e-auction for over 145 corner and intermediate residential sites in mid-March. The auction will cover sought-after localities, including Bhoopasandra near Hebbal, Nagarabhavi 2nd Stage, Banashankari 6th Stage, Sir M Visvesvaraya Layout, and HSR Layout.

The auctioned sites will be available on an "as is, where is" basis, with minimum bidding fees varying by location. For instance, a plot in Anjanapura township is priced at ₹70,200 per square meter, whereas prime land in Koramangala 4th Block is set at ₹2 lakh per sqm. The bidding process will follow an incremental model, with bids rising by ₹500 per sqm.
To participate, interested bidders must register and submit their intent by March 10. The e-auction will take place shortly afterward, allowing prospective buyers to compete for ownership of these premium plots.
With Bengaluru’s real estate market witnessing consistent demand, particularly for well-located residential plots, the auction is expected to attract strong interest from investors and homebuyers alike. The initiative also aligns with the BDA’s efforts to generate revenue and optimize land allocation in key urban areas.
Further details regarding site specifications, eligibility criteria, and bidding procedures are available on the BDA's official website.
