This store is located in the Basaveshwara Nagar area of the city. Liquor would be available to the consumers at the Maximum Retail Price (MRP). The preexisting store at the West of Chord Road has also received an upgrade. Customers can browse through the different products available in the outlet as the store has been transformed into a boutique. This development can be seen in light of MSIL’s attempt to keep up with recent trends in liquor stores which opt for this model to provide service.

Manoj Kumar, managing director of MSIL, stated that 200 of their 1029 outlets will also be receiving a similar upgrade. 20 of these 200 stores are located in Bengaluru. The outlets in the RPC Layout, Rajkumar Road and Vijayanagar will be among those receiving an upgrade.  This upgradation has been envisioned with the assistance of the Cabinet Minister for Large & Medium Industries and Infrastructure Development in Government of Karnataka MB Patil. MSIL plans to expand its customer base as this would have a bearing on its market share. MSIL plans to achieve sales extending up to Rs 4000 crore for the year 2024.
