The tragic incident was witnessed by a local resident who later recounted the harrowing experience on social media platform X. The witness described how they and their family tried to intervene by shouting, but were unable to reach Sinha due to a wall separating them from the scene. The witness expressed deep remorse over their inability to assist the elderly woman, despite their efforts to summon help.
This tragic event has sparked concerns over the growing stray dog population and the need for improved safety measures in residential areas, particularly for the elderly and vulnerable residents.
