The compensation includes a base salary of ₹15-25 LPA, supplemented by ₹10-15 LPA in Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOPs). The role is open to candidates with 0-2 years of experience, and educational qualifications are not a barrier. Instead of traditional resumes, applicants must submit a 100-word self-introduction along with links showcasing their best work.

The position requires the selected candidate to work five days a week from the company’s Indiranagar office, with immediate joining expected.

The job posting has sparked conversations online, with many praising the startup’s fresh take on hiring. By focusing on skills rather than degrees, Smallest AI aims to attract exceptional talent beyond conventional recruitment filters.

As the demand for AI expertise continues to surge, the company’s approach signals a shift in how startups identify and recruit top engineering talent. With applications pouring in, this viral job post has set a new benchmark in Bengaluru’s tech hiring landscape.
