Bengaluru airport launches aerial view display for enhanced operations

Bengaluru’s Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) has introduced the Aerial View Display (AVD) System to enhance real-time airside monitoring and streamline flight operations.

The system, integrated into the Airport Operations Control Centre (AOCC), provides a centralized dashboard offering a live, comprehensive view of aircraft movements, taxiing, and ground vehicle coordination.

Designed to improve efficiency and safety, the AVD System enables airport staff and stakeholders to monitor critical airside activities through a unified platform. Additionally, its ability to oversee ground vehicle movements enhances operational safety and coordination.
