Former Bigg Boss contestants Rajat and Vinay Gowda have landed in trouble once again as the Basaveshwara Nagar police took them into custody for a second time on Tuesday. Earlier, Rajat and Vinay were questioned and released, but fresh doubts have led to renewed interrogation. The controversy revolves around a long machete seen in their reels, which the police suspect may have been switched to mislead the investigation. While the duo initially claimed the machete was a fiber prop used for filming, differences between the seized machete and the one in the videos have raised suspicions.

During questioning, Rajat maintained that the machete was a set prop used in a private channel show. However, with inconsistencies emerging, police are investigating whether attempts were made to destroy or hide evidence. If Rajat and Vinay fail to provide the original machete, they could face legal trouble under charges of evidence tampering.

With an FIR already registered, the authorities are verifying both the seized machete and the one in the reels. The investigating officer will determine the next course of action based on their statements, with the possibility of further arrests looming.
