Bengaluru is set to host a unique cake exhibition, Celebration of Art, at Palace Grounds from December 13 to January 1. The event, organized by the Institute of Baking and Cake Art (IBCA) in collaboration with MyBakersMart, will feature 50 intricately designed cakes that push the boundaries of creativity and craftsmanship.

Among the highlights is The Enchanted Christmas Tree, a 20-foot-tall edible marvel adorned with sugar ornaments, marshmallows, and a functioning toy train encircling its base. Another centerpiece is Ram Mandir: A Sacred Tribute, an 850-kg cake depicting a temple with finely crafted sugar lions, elephants, and Hanuman figures.
The exhibition also includes Ratatouille’s Culinary Charm, a whimsical recreation of the animated rat chef in a sugar-crafted kitchen, complete with edible miniatures, and Dinosaur World, showcasing realistic sugar dinosaurs against lush greenery and volcanic backdrops.
The event brings together the expertise of seasoned trainers, dedicated students, and sugarcraft professionals, offering a platform to demonstrate their skill and innovation. Visitors can expect a blend of artistry and technical precision, making the cakes not just delectable but also visually breathtaking.
This annual show has become a much-anticipated event in Bengaluru, drawing thousands to witness these edible masterpieces that elevate baking to an art form. The exhibition promises to be a feast for both the eyes and the palate.
