Bengaluru: Chaitanya Techno School construction suspiciously continues despite stay order

    Despite 2 stay orders construction commences

An educational institution which is expected to provide guidance to youngsters has itself indulged in violations. It has also decided to not heed to warnings issued in this regard. The prominent Sri Chaitanya Techno School is being talked about. Illegal construction of one if its branches has continued.

This is despite the fact that a notice has been issued putting a stay on the construction. An accusation of the officials in the region being in cahoots with the school administration is making rounds. The branch of the school in the Golimangala and Gottamaranhalli villages in the Huskuru gram panchayat of the Anekal taluk of the Bengaluru rural district is where the construction is taking place. The Panchayat Development Officer (PDO)  Anusuya and the Executive Officer (EO) Manjunath who are the officers in charge are maintaining an eerie silence on this issue. The owner of the establishment is Chalasani Udaya Shankar.  Despite 2 stay orders the construction has suspiciously commenced. 

The school administration was bound to produce the relevant permissions sought for the construction within 3 days of having been served the notice. They were also expected to obtain the necessary licence for the construction. However, the construction has continued without any of these procedures being followed.
