The petitioners argue that these stunts not only disrupt public peace but also lead to a significant number of accidents, endangering both the participants and innocent bystanders. They further allege that the police have been turning a blind eye to these activities, failing to take action against the offenders.

The High Court has expressed strong displeasure over the matter, emphasizing the need for immediate attention to curb this growing trend. The court has directed the government to respond to the issue and provide a solution, including measures to prevent such reckless behavior on public roads. The petitioners are calling for stricter enforcement of traffic regulations and more proactive policing to ensure the safety of all road users in the city.

The case has drawn widespread attention to the alarming rise in dangerous stunts on Bengaluru's roads and the urgent need for effective intervention.
