She talked about a foul odour emanating from the Tacos and asking for a refund over the same. “Today around 7 PM, I walked into Taco Bell at Jayanagar with high hopes. My excitement quickly turned into deep disappointment. I had ordered four Crunchy Bean Tacos, but when they arrived, they emitted a foul odour. Curiosity led me to try a piece of lettuce, and it tasted off, like it had gone bad. Thankfully, I received a refund, but that was just the beginning,” she recollected.

She then went on to state that she witnessed a physical conflict between the store manager and an employee. “ The manager and an employee were involved in the fight, but it was initiated by the manager. The situation escalated to the point where the employee's hand was bleeding. I earnestly hope that Tacobell India takes swift and meaningful action to address this situation and ensure it doesn't happen again,” she posted on her story.

She also posted a video wherein the disgruntled employee explained to her that the outlet uses expired lettuce intentionally. He took the lady into the kitchen to prove his point. The manager tried to intervene and prevent the lady from recording on her phone. The employee further remarked that the manager was abusive towards him and terminated his employment without giving him a one month’s notice as per standard protocol.
