According to reports, Sumith was often paranoid about his family and frequently quarreled with his wife, creating a tense and volatile atmosphere at home. Despite multiple attempts by family friends to mediate and restore peace, the situation remained strained.

Frustrated by his behavior, Sumith’s wife decided to take their two young daughters to her brother’s home for safety. The children had been attending school from there. However, Sumith later approached his wife’s brother, seeking forgiveness and pledging to change his ways. His emotional plea convinced the wife’s elder brother, who reconciled with Sumith and sent the children back to their home.

Tragically, just days later, the situation took a dark turn. On Saturday, Sumith resumed his quarrels with his wife, and in a sudden outburst of anger, he allegedly murdered the two young girls. The gruesome act has left the family and the local community in shock.

Police are intensifying their efforts to apprehend Sumith, who remains at large. The investigation continues as authorities work to bring the accused to justice.
