The final voter list for Bengaluru Urban district, released on Monday as part of the Special Revision 2025, records 1,02,64,714 registered voters. District Election Officer and BBMP Chief Commissioner Tushar Girinath shared the details at the BBMP head office.

According to the updated list, the electorate includes 52,80,287 male voters, 49,82,589 female voters, and 1,838 voters identifying as third gender. Among the total voters, 95,391 are young voters, 2,294 are NRIs, 1,712 are service voters, and 32,505 are individuals with special abilities.

Girinath stated that the updated voter list is accessible at the offices of the Registrar and Assistant Registrar of Voters and ward offices across all 28 assembly constituencies. Citizens can also verify their details online at the Chief Electoral Officer’s website (www.ceokarnataka.kar.nic.in), BBMP’s official site (www.bbmp.gov.in), the Voter Helpline App (VHA), or the portal voters.eci.gov.in.

Additionally, voters can download their e-EPIC cards and access information about polling booths and voter turnout percentages.

The revision saw 20,414 names deleted after verification under Form 7 and 43,902 new voters added under Form 6 and 6A after corrections. Girinath emphasized the provision to make changes or corrections using forms such as Form 6, 7, and 8.

Citizens are encouraged to review their voter information and report any discrepancies promptly to ensure a robust electoral process.
