Bengaluru: Final year MBBS student killed after being struck by water tanker

In  tragic development, negligence by a water tanker driver has resulted in the death of a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) student. The incident occurred within the jurisdiction of the Hennur Police Station. The deceased individual has been identified as 23-year-old Ishaan. 

Ishaan was walking on the road when the water tanker collided with him. The incident occurred on the evening of June 18th. Ishan fell onto the road. The wheels of the tanker ran over Ishaan subsequently. The driver attempted to flee the spot of the accident. He was then followed by people on a bike who forced him to stop. He had to face the fury of the crowd.

Ishaan stayed with his family at the Manyata Tech Park. His family members reached the spot of the accident upon being informed of the development. They were completely distraught. Ishaan’s mother lost consciousness. She had to be admitted to a hospital. 

Ishaan was a final-year student of MBBS. He had come to Thanisandra to meet his friend. He however met with an unfortunate end.
