The incident took place near the Tin Factory signal, where a minor collision between a car and a two-wheeler allegedly escalated into a physical assault. According to the complaint, Bose exited his vehicle and kicked the biker, identified as techie Vikas, causing him to fall. The situation worsened as Bose allegedly struck Vikas repeatedly with his leg, threw his mobile phone when he attempted to call for help, flung his bike key away, and even tried to choke him.

Kannadigas have expressed outrage, calling the attack a targeted assault and demanding swift legal action. The video of the incident has only fueled public anger, with many pointing to the alleged aggressor’s defiant behavior even when bystanders intervened.
Speaking to the media, Vikas’ brother Bharat said, “My brother was returning home when he was attacked for a mere brush with the car. He was kicked and scratched. Yet, no action has been taken.”
Wing Commander Bose, in a statement, said, “God gave me strength not for revenge… but tomorrow, the law here won’t help me.”
