Bengaluru: Good news for Shivarama Karanth Layout aspirants as BDA all set for site sales!

There is some good news for those aspiring to buy sites at the Shivarama Karanth Layout in Bengaluru. The Bengaluru Development Authority (BDA) is getting ready to sell these sites and has invited applications this month itself. 

In this regard, the BDA is also getting ready to fix prices. 

The layout has been constructed on 3546 acres of land between Hesaraghatta and Yelahanka. 

In all, the BDA has segregated as many as 33784 sites into 9 different packages. Now, out of these, 28928 sites are ready for distribution.
