Sandalwood actress Harshika Poonacha’s car was attacked in the Frazer Town region of Benagluru while she was on board along with her husband Bhuvan Poonacha. Harshika had supposedly visited a restaurant in the region before the incident unfolded. The conflict is said to have been initiated when Bhuvan Poonacha attempted to take his car out of the parking zone. 

Harshika alleged that the miscreants attempted to snatch a gold chain from Bhuvan. Harshika has also stated that the miscreants were angered that Harshika and Bhuvan conversed in Kannada. Harshika has said that the miscreants used unparliamentary language to address them.

A video of the incident has now become viral. The people inside the car are seen arguing that the attack was unprovoked. Passersby are seen alleging that the miscreants were angered by comments directed at women. Those inside the car are seen refuting this allegation. Passerbys then stated that the person who initiated the attack was not a localite but was also another customer to a restaurant like them. They were then asked to leave in order to avoid a traffic jam. 

The police have claimed that they haven’t received a complaint pertaining to the incident although the news is circulating on media platforms.
