Under the updated pricing, general entry for adults will rise to ₹100 per person from the existing ₹75. Children below 16 years will be charged ₹60, up from ₹50. For organized school groups, the revised fee will be ₹50 per student, an increase from ₹40. Block bookings, which cover 210 seats, will now cost ₹10,000 for school students, up from ₹8,000, while general block bookings will see an increase from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000.

The Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium is a hub for science education and outreach under the Bangalore Association for Science Education (BASE). Its sky theatre remains a major attraction, offering engaging astronomy-based shows. In addition to screenings, JNP hosts a range of informal science programs aimed at fostering curiosity and awareness among students.

The revision in entry fees aligns with JNP’s mission to enhance science education while ensuring the sustainability of its operations. Visitors can continue to explore space-related exhibits, participate in workshops, and track celestial events, making it a significant learning destination in Bengaluru.
