These cities are poised to increase their hiring of fresh graduates during the first half of the year, with Bengaluru leading the charge with an impressive 69 per cent hiring intent. This uptick indicates a positive trend in fresh graduate recruitment across these urban centers.

Additionally, the report highlights the demand for degree apprenticeships, particularly in the Manufacturing, Engineering & Infrastructure, and Construction & Real Estate industries. Notably, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Mumbai emerge as the top cities intending to hire degree apprentices, underlining their significance in fostering skill development and employment for young professionals.
