The incident occurred when the taxi driver stepped out to question the Innova driver about the slight collision. Rather than resolving the issue calmly, the Innova driver lost his temper, pulled out a long iron rod, and attempted to assault the taxi driver. In the process, he smashed the taxi’s windshield, drawing the attention of the public.

Onlookers were enraged by the man's violent behavior and surrounded the scene. In a bizarre twist, the man left his own mother sitting inside the Innova and fled the spot on foot. Shocked by his aggression and sudden escape, the public tried to stop him, but he managed to evade them.

Passersby noticed that even the Innova's windows were shattered in the scuffle. The crowd condemned the man’s behavior and criticized the reckless display of anger in a public place.

Soon after, Sheshadripuram police arrived at the spot and seized the Innova. The vehicle was taken to the police station for further investigation. Authorities are now trying to identify and locate the accused driver, who remains at large.

CCTV footage from the surrounding area is being reviewed as part of the investigation. A case has been registered.
