In an intriguing incident, reminiscent of the Chetan Ahimsa-starrer ‘Mynaa’ that released in 2013, a man defrauded a woman. The man who committed the fraud has been identified as Surendra Murthy. Surendra Murthy promised to get married to Chethana and borrowed money from her.
Surendra and Chethana fell in love with each other after getting acquainted with each other. Surendra stated that he wanted to borrow a certain amount of money for business related purposes. The woman pledged her jewellery and incurred debts to arrange for this money.
Surendra however fled with the money. He did not even keep up his promise of getting married to her. The two had sexual intercourse during the time they were in a relationship. A complaint has been filed in the Kodigehalli Police Station. A First Information Report (FIR) has been filed in relation to this incident.
