Deepak procured 7 sim cards within a span of 2 days

Interrogation by the J.P Nagar Police brought the truth to light

A man had procured 7 sim cards within a span of 2 days. He would get acquainted with women through matrimonial websites. He would then exchange numbers and take the conversation forward on WhatsApp. He would charm women as he had a way with words. Photos of other men who were handsome would be used as the profile picture on the matrimonial site.

The person behind these acts has been identified as Deepak. Deepak has been involved in this scam for over 3 years. After having gained the trust of the women, Depak would proceed to procure money from them. As soon as he had the money transferred, Deepak would change his sim. Interrogation by the J.P Nagar Police brought the truth pertaining to this issue to light. Deepak hails from the Tumkur district of Karnataka. Deepak stayed alone and away from his family in Bengaluru. He would stay in lodges. The money which he would procure by cheating the women was being used to sustain himself during his stay.
