Nisha was friends with the mother of 6 year Vamshika, who is a star by her own rights through the fame she earned from reality shows like “Gicchi Giligili” and “Nammamma Superstar”.  She had misused this friendship by showing photos of them together to parents eager to showcase their children’s talent on the big stage. They were promised to have their children featured on reality shows for hefty amounts of cash. Nisha had also made claims that she was in close circles of other celebrities like Raghu Dixit, Ganesh, Vijay Raghavendra, Shwetha Srivastava and TV actors Shamanth Gowda and Niranjan Deshpande. She had demanded Rs 40,000 from a Mr. India contestant, Ranjith Kumar saying that it would be needed to have him qualified for the next round. She was confronted in a café in Sadashivnagar over delays. The parents demanded they have their money returned. She told them that they are free to approach the court.

Vamshika’s  mother Yashaswini had earlier filed a police complaint over the misuse of their photos. The police have arrested her. The investigations have revealed that she had used her position as the head of NN Productions and Events that organised events starring celebrities to convince them of her influence.
