In a significant move against criminal elements, the Central Crime Branch (CCB) of Bengaluru Police has conducted an extensive crackdown, raiding the residences of 75 rowdy-sheeters over the past 15 days. The operation, aimed at curbing unlawful activities, resulted in the arrest of seven individuals.

The early morning raids were carried out across multiple police jurisdictions, including the northeast, southeast, east, and Whitefield divisions. Law enforcement agencies specifically targeted individuals with a history of criminal involvement. Among those apprehended, three had outstanding arrest warrants, while another had been officially barred from entering Bengaluru. Additionally, two suspects were found to be plotting fresh criminal activities, raising security concerns. A seventh individual, who had previously been exiled to Andhra Pradesh, was discovered illegally residing in DJ Halli, east Bengaluru.
Authorities confirmed that all seven suspects have been handed over to the respective police stations for further legal action. The operation is part of an ongoing initiative to curb crime and reinforce law and order in the city.
Officials have emphasized their commitment to continuing similar raids against known offenders to deter potential criminal activities. The Bengaluru Police have urged the public to remain vigilant and cooperate with law enforcement in maintaining safety and security across the city.
