He left his home in Kodigehalli in the early hours of January 16, reportedly at 4 am. He also renounced modern conveniences, including his mobile phone, making it difficult for his family and authorities to track him. His distraught parents have filed a missing person complaint at the Kodigehalli Police Station.

It is suspected that Mohit may have traveled to the ongoing Kumbh Mela in Allahabad. The police are actively reviewing CCTV footage to trace his movements and have uploaded his photo on social media to seek public assistance.

Mohit's disappearance has sparked concern among his family and friends, who hope for his safe return. The case highlights a rare instance of a young individual choosing to renounce worldly attachments in pursuit of spiritual enlightenment, leaving his family and the authorities searching for answers.
