Bengaluru Tech Summit 2025: Shaping the future with ‘Tech for Impact’

Bengaluru is preparing to host the 28th edition of its flagship innovation event, the Bengaluru Tech Summit (BTS) 2025, from November 18 to 20, at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC). This marks a significant shift from previous editions, with a larger venue and a grander global vision.

Organized by the Government of Karnataka, BTS 2025 is themed around "Tech for Impact", emphasizing technology’s role in addressing societal challenges. The summit is expected to see participation from over 30 countries, 450+ speakers, and hundreds of startups, investors, and corporates. It promises to bring together key players from diverse sectors such as AI, biotechnology, electronics, deep tech, sustainability, and global trade.

The event is designed around six core pillars, Trends, Insights, Business, Celebrations, Talent, and Experience. These will be reflected across multiple conference tracks, including sessions on AI Universe, Semiconductors, BioTech, Finverse, Sustainability, and India-US collaboration. The Startup Pavilion and Founders Conclave are set to be major attractions for entrepreneurs.

The summit also mirrors Karnataka’s broader tech ambitions. Bengaluru has recently climbed to 14th place globally in the Startup Genome rankings and ranks 5th in the world for AI ecosystems. Major investments, such as the District-I Innovation Hub near the airport and AI-focused centers by companies like Arche Global and Pixxel, underline the state’s growing role as a global tech powerhouse.

By bringing together policymakers, global tech leaders, startups, and students under one roof, BTS 2025 is not just a tech summit, it’s a platform to shape the future of innovation, business, and sustainability.
