The cultural extravaganza will take place at Ravindra Kalakshetra, J.C. Road, starting from 3 p.m. on both days. The festival will feature performances by 110 accomplished dancers representing over 30 dance troupes from across the country.

Audiences can look forward to an enchanting showcase of India’s rich classical dance heritage, with presentations in Bharatanatyam, Kuchipudi, Odissi, and Kathak. These revered art forms, rooted in centuries of tradition, will be brought to life by seasoned performers and emerging artists alike, offering a mesmerizing blend of rhythm, storytelling, and spiritual expression.

Organisers aim to not only mark International Dance Day — observed globally on April 29 — but also pay homage to the legacy of the late Mayarao, a respected figure in the field of dance. The festival is envisioned as a platform to promote cultural exchange, encourage artistic excellence, and deepen public appreciation for classical dance forms.

Entry is open to all, and art lovers, students, and dance enthusiasts are invited to witness this immersive celebration of tradition and talent.
