Bengaluru is set to host a three-day ‘Dream Interpretation’ Conference from March 14 to March 16, 2025. The conference will explore various dimensions of dream analysis, from scientific research to cultural and spiritual perspectives.

The International Association for the Study of Dreams (IASD) is organizing ‘Dream and Spirituality Conference’ as a part of their organisation's annual conference. 

The three-day event intends to raise awareness about dream literacy in India and the event will feature seven talks including, “The potential of lucid dreaming: From problem-solving to spiritual enlightenment”, ‘Dreams and Leadership’, ‘History of Dreams in India’, and ‘Eight common signposts to help identify health-related dreams’. The conference encompasses speakers like AS Katoch, Haritha and Santosh Nayak,  Joanna Kowalewska, and Ghulam Rasul Dehlvi. 

During the weekend, six workshops will be conducted on a wide range of topics like ‘Illuminating dreams through Yoga Nidra’, ‘Animals, dream guides, and special figures’, and ‘Designing the life of your dreams’.

The conference is set to be inaugurated on March 14, 2025 , at 7:30 PM, at JW Marriott, Vittal Mallya Road.
