The deceased have been identified as Akash and Afzal, who were riding on one of the two motorcycles involved in the crash. Both sustained severe injuries and succumbed to them on the spot. Two other individuals, Kasim and Mani, were seriously injured in the accident and are currently undergoing treatment at a nearby hospital.

Preliminary reports suggest that the electric bike was moving ahead at moderate speed when it was hit from behind by the high-speed XPulse bike. The impact was severe enough to throw all four riders onto the road, causing extensive head and body injuries.

The City Market Traffic Police Station has registered a case and begun an investigation into the incident. Eyewitnesses and CCTV footage from the flyover are being reviewed to determine the exact cause and responsibility for the crash.

Authorities have also issued a reminder urging motorists to exercise caution, especially during late-night hours when visibility and alertness are often compromised.
