The 90-minute tours will operate every Sunday and on the second and fourth Saturdays each month, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Each group will be limited to 30 participants and guided by trained personnel, including Tourist Mitras and Vidhana Soudha security staff. The route, covering seven points of interest over 1.5 kilometers, aims to engage visitors with the state's democratic heritage and architectural grandeur.
Entry will be through Gate 3, with a nominal fee of ₹50 per person. Children under 16 can join for free but must register in advance. Students will also enjoy free access upon presenting valid school ID and original Aadhaar card, a move aimed at encouraging civic awareness among youth.
To participate, visitors must carry a physical copy of their Aadhaar card, while foreign nationals are required to present their passports. Online ticket bookings can be made through the KSTDC website, with a dedicated booking portal expected soon. A limited number of tickets may also be available at the venue's helpdesk.
The initiative seeks to foster a deeper public connection with Karnataka’s legislative legacy and inspire democratic participation.
