In an unusual incident on Magadi Road in Bengaluru, a woman rider was caught arguing with traffic police after being stopped for a helmet violation. The woman was riding a two-wheeler with her friend as the pillion passenger, who wasn’t wearing a helmet. Observing this, the traffic police intercepted them and requested them to pay a fine.

When asked to pay the fine, the woman refused, resulting in a heated argument. Upon further checking, it was discovered that she had pending fines totaling Rs 15,000 for previous traffic violations. Despite being told she could settle the matter with a Rs 500 payment for the current helmet infraction, she refused, grabbed her vehicle, and fled the scene.
Currently, the police have issued a fine for riding without a helmet. The woman remains at large, and the authorities are pursuing further action.
