Bengaluru: Youngster who aspired to be a gangster brutally killed

In a shocking incident, a youngster has been murdered for a trivial reason. The incident occurred in the Pulikeshi Nagar region of Bengaluru. The victim has been identified as Appu. Appu is reported to have had aspirations to become a gangster. 

A police investigation has uncovered the sequence of events leading to the murder. Appu, who is a resident of the Mahalakshmi Layout had aspirations to be a rowdy sheeter. He would often harass other youngsters in the area and carry out physical assaults. He is said to have targeted people in a whimsical fashion. He is believed to have planned a murder as well. The people of the region were tired of his conduct.

Appu was called to the Jeevanahalli Railway Track on the pretext of holding a discussion by a gang. A conflict supposedly occurred during the interaction. Appu was chased by people of the gang after which he was attacked in a gruesome manner. He was stabbed by a knife and also hit with a stone. 

The perpetrators of the attack subsequently escaped from the scene of the crime. They were arrested within hours of the murder by the police. An interrogation threw light on what resulted in the murder.
