A Kannadiga youtuber has been arrested for venturing into a prohibited space and posting a video of the same. The individual has been identified as Vikas Gowda. 

In order to gain more views, Gowda made a video of the airport runway. This resulted in his arrest as it is a restricted area. 

In the video, Vikas proclaimed that he was on the runway for 24 hours. He also stated that he entered without procuring a ticket. This video was posted on YouTube.

The Airport Police arrested Vikas after the video was posted. The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) officials registered a case against him.

During the interrogation, he admitted to having purchased tickets. He purchased a flight ticket. After having purchased the ticket, he remained on the runway rather than boarding onto a flight. He shot footage around the runway for a period of 4 to 5 hours. He managed to remain outside the radar of the security officials.
