The board displayed at the restaurant clearly states that meetings are not allowed inside the premises. It further warns that if customers sit for more than one hour, especially for meetings, they will be charged ₹1,000 as a penalty.

According to the notice, many customers usually continue to occupy tables even after finishing their food and drinks. In several cases, people reportedly hold long meetings, which affects table availability and causes inconvenience to other customers waiting for seating.

The viral image was shared by a social media user named Shobhit Bakliwal, who claimed that the photo was taken at a restaurant in Bengaluru. In his post, he mentioned that the image was clicked at a city eatery, without naming the restaurant.

After the image surfaced online, it quickly gained attention and led to intense online discussions. Several users commented that the notice was reportedly seen at a hotel in Indiranagar, one of Bengaluru’s busiest food hubs. However, there has been no official confirmation from the restaurant management so far.

While some social media users supported the rule, citing fair use of space, others questioned whether such restrictions were justified. The viral poster has now become a talking point across platforms, highlighting changing dynamics between customers and restaurants in the city.
