Air India Express to launch daily direct Bengaluru–Bangkok flights from October 18

According to the announced schedule, flights will depart Bengaluru at 11:00 am and reach Bangkok at 4:45 pm local time. The return service leaves Bangkok at 5:45 pm, arriving in Bengaluru at 8:30 pm. Both legs will operate daily.

Air India Express is set to begin daily non-stop services between Bengaluru and Bangkok starting October 18, adding a convenient international connection from its largest domestic hub. The new route comes ahead of the festive and holiday season, offering travellers easier access to Thailand’s capital, one of Southeast Asia’s most popular tourist destinations.

To mark the launch, the airline has introduced limited-period promotional fares. Return tickets begin at ₹16,800, while one-way fares are priced at ₹9,000 from Bengaluru to Bangkok and ₹8,850 for the return leg. Bookings are currently available on the airline’s website, mobile application, and major travel platforms.

Enhancing the onboard experience, Air India Express continues to expand premium features across its modern fleet. ‘Xpress Biz’ seats, offering additional comfort and space, are now available on more than 40 aircraft. Passengers can also opt for ‘Xpress Ahead,’ a service providing priority access during check-in, boarding, and baggage handling. Dining options include the airline’s ‘Gourmair’ menu, which features freshly served hot meals blending Indian and international flavours.

The Bengaluru–Bangkok route further consolidates the airline’s Thailand network, which already includes flights from Lucknow, Pune, and Surat to Bangkok and from Hyderabad to Phuket.
